Nancy Kovack

Nancy Kovack, a native of Flint in Michigan and was already an University of Michigan student by 15 years old, and a DJ in the amateur circuit at 16 and had graduated from college at the age of 19. She was the winner of eight beauty contests before reaching the at the age of 20. Her acting profession began on television at New York, first as the Jackie Gleason character on "Glea Girls" as well as, later and in greater prominence, she appeared as a guest on The Dave Garroway Show (1953), Today (1952) as well as Beat the Clock (1950). Stage roles opened Hollywood opportunities for Kovack and she signed a contract with Columbia. Kovack later added an impressive collection of credits on television shows that span episodic time, and was Emmy-nominated for a 1969 guest shot in Mannix (1967). The wife of the world-renowned composer Zubin Mehta of New York Philharmonic fame, Kovack publicly alleges that she was tricked (to an amount to $150,000) by Susan McDougal, a central character involved in the Whitewater scandal. Sheila Summers, Darrin Stevens her ex-girlfriend Sheila Summers appeared in five episodes of 1964's situation comedy Bewitched. Her father was an executive at General Motors executive. The couple lives with her family in Los Angeles with her husband Zubin Mehta. Her graduation was in 1954 at the Ann Arbor University of Michigan.
